It deserves its 3 stars. All in all, it was excellent base for travelling to Bangkok. We got way too hard bed in our room, however we loved the stay overall. In fact, the free wifi was a cherry on top.
The hotel needs improvement.

it was near to soi cowboy. easy walk to phra ram 9 underground station.
